Ingredients
- 2g Rishi Barista Matcha
- 2 oz hot water
- 4 tsp honey
- 5 tsp yuzu juice
- 6 oz soda water
- Garnish: dried yuzu
Directions
- In a zig-zag motion, whisk Rishi Barista Matcha with hot water until foamy.
- Stir honey into Barista Matcha while still warm.
- In a glass, combine yuzu juice and soda water. Pour matcha on top, stirring to combine.
- Garnish if desired and enjoy!
