Yes. Orders over $1000 qualify for a 10% discount, and for bulk orders shipping to a single address, shipping is discounted — 50% off shipping when you purchase 5 items, 60% off shipping when you purchase 10 items and 70% off shipping when you purchase 50 items.
Yes. At checkout, you can upload a spreadsheet with or individually enter your recipients’ addresses, or select "e-gift” to send your gift via email and let each person enter their address — either way, it's only one order to manage on your end.
No addresses? No problem. If you don’t know your gift recipients’ addresses, you can choose to send e-gifts via text or email, and let your recipients fill in the rest.
No, there are no order minimums, but there are bulk order discounts — orders over $1000 qualify for a 10% discount.
We can add a personalized note to every gift. For branded packaging or larger customization requests, please reach out to gifting@rishi-tea.com to discuss options.
We recommend ordering at least 5-7 business days ahead of when you need gifts to arrive, especially for larger recipient lists. For time-sensitive orders, contact us and we'll do what we can.
Bulk gift orders are typically shipped within 5-10 business days of the order being placed.
Yes. At checkout, you can choose to have gifts sent right away or scheduled for a later date (starting October 5, 2026) — useful for holidays, events, or staggered sends.
If you are shipping Gift Sets directly to multiple addresses, each Gift Set will ship in an outer box so it arrives in pristine condition.
Yes. At checkout, you’ll have the ability to add a unique gift message per recipient or shipping address, which will be printed and included on the pack slip. For e-gift orders, you’ll have the ability to include the gift message via text or email.
