Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp Wild Thai Black
- 12 oz hot water (200°F)
- 1 oz Monin Desert Pear Syrup
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- Lime wedge
Directions
- Steep Wild Thai Black in hot water for 4–5 minutes. Strain into a small glass jar or pitcher and let cool to room temperature.
- Fill a glass with ice. Add cooled tea, syrup and lime juice, stirring to combine.
- Garnish with lime and enjoy.
