Desert Refresher

Malty, citrusy—featuring Wild Thai Black

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp Wild Thai Black
  • 12 oz hot water (200°F)
  • 1 oz Monin Desert Pear Syrup
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • Lime wedge

Directions

  1. Steep Wild Thai Black in hot water for 4–5 minutes. Strain into a small glass jar or pitcher and let cool to room temperature.
  2. Fill a glass with ice. Add cooled tea, syrup and lime juice, stirring to combine.
  3. Garnish with lime and enjoy.
