    My Favorite Tea

    I have enjoyed Golden Yunna for years, first thing in the morning. It is robust enough to retain a distinctly nutty, malty taste even after adding raw milk cream and honey. My favorite, go-to tea.

    Fun

    This was my first pu'er. Didn't know what to expect as marketing will say all sorts of "flavor notes". To me it was very earthy, and evoked memories of wet maple leaves in the fall back in NY, which might sound bad but I mean it in a good way. My supertaster food scientist friend compared it to aquarium gravel, so be careful who you share it with lol. They did however enjoy the ginger pu'er one, I guess the ginger brings a lighter balance for people that are sensitive to bitterness.
