Ingredients
- 3 tsp Rishi Chamomile Medley tea
- 1/2 tsp culinary lavender
- 5 oz hot water (200°F)
- 1 oz raw honey
- 2–3 oz sparkling water
- Ice
- Garnish: fresh lavender sprig, mint leaf, lemon peel
Directions
- Combine Chamomile Medley and lavender. Steep in hot water for 4–5 minutes, making sure not to oversteep. Strain the mixture, stir in the raw honey and allow to cool completely.
- In a wine or rocks glass filled with ice, combine the cooled tea and sparkling water to taste. Stir gently.
- Garnish with fresh lavender sprig, mint leaf or lemon peel, if desired, for aroma.
