Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp of Golden Yunnan
- 12 oz hot water (212°F)
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 5 dashes Angostura bitters
- Half of a lemon, cut into quarters
- Large handful of fresh mint
Directions
- Steep Golden Yunnan in hot water for 4 minutes. Strain into a small glass jar or pitcher and let cool to room temperature.
- Fill a glass with ice and add cooled tea, syrup and bitters, stirring to combine.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wheel and enjoy.
