Coconut Oolong Pina Colada

A blended drink that's fruity, fresh and summer-ready. Featuring Tropical Coconut Oolong tea.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Coconut Oolong Syrup*
  • 2/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 oz unsweetened coconut cream, stirred
  • 1/2 medium lime, juiced
  • 2 oz white rum (optional)
  • 2/3 cup ice
  • Garnish: fresh pineapple slice and toasted shredded coconut (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until fully combined.
  2. Rim a pre-chilled glass with toasted shredded coconut.
  3. Pour blended mixture into the glass and garnish with a fresh pineapple slice

*Coconut Oolong Syrup: Steep 1.5 tbsp Tropical Coconut Oolong tea in 8 oz 185°F water for 8 minutes. Strain the tea, then add 3/4 cup sugar, stirring until dissolved.
