Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Coconut Oolong Syrup*
- 2/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 oz unsweetened coconut cream, stirred
- 1/2 medium lime, juiced
- 2 oz white rum (optional)
- 2/3 cup ice
- Garnish: fresh pineapple slice and toasted shredded coconut (optional)
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until fully combined.
- Rim a pre-chilled glass with toasted shredded coconut.
- Pour blended mixture into the glass and garnish with a fresh pineapple slice
*Coconut Oolong Syrup: Steep 1.5 tbsp Tropical Coconut Oolong tea in 8 oz 185°F water for 8 minutes. Strain the tea, then add 3/4 cup sugar, stirring until dissolved.
