- ErinVerified BuyerReviewingValerian DreamI recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 stars4 minutes agoSmooth and relaxing
I try a lot of teas and I am so happy with this lovely blend. It is so smooth and well balanced. I'm not a big fan of fennel but this combination adds just enough to mimic a hint of sweetness at the end that allows me to enjoy without any added sweetener. The cardamom gives a lovely bit of warmth that with added milk, leaves you feeling like you're wrapped in a cozy blanket on your couch. I also LOVE the way my home smells after I steep a few cups of it. Very good tea!

Iâve bought this blend to help me with a better sleep. If Iâll be honest, I did not notice any difference, but itâs a nice tea that you can have at night. It doesnât have strong valerian root taste, which is good. It has more herbal flavor.

I drink this every night before bed and I almost always embellish this tea with the shisandra berries. Very tasty combo and great for dreaming.
