Something rich for your cup—a silky Pu’er chai wrapped in vanilla bean and chocolate mint

This luxurious Pu'er chai tastes like a vanilla-chocolate mint in a teacup. We took our ultra-smooth, full-bodied shu Pu'er from Yunnan and folded in roasted cocoa and soothing peppermint for a classic dessert pairing. Creamy vanilla bean and the sweetest grade of cassia cinnamon add warmth and richness, while licorice root imparts a natural, lingering sweetness.

Luscious and heady, this tea is made for cold evenings and after-dinner cravings. It’s also lovely paired with something sweet at breakfast.

Based on an 8oz cup of tea made with suggested steeping method relevant to the tea type. An average cup of coffee contains about 90 – 120 mg / 8oz cup.

Traditional Preparation

Mix 2 Tbsp chai, 1 cup water, and 1 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sugar or sweetener to taste. Strain into a mug or pitcher and enjoy! Chai can also be enjoyed over ice.

Nestled in the plateau 415 kilometers slightly northwest from Mexico City, our vanilla farming partners in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, pollinate and harvest this most precious botanical ingredient.

The second most expensive crop to Saffron, Vanilla is majority hand-pollinated
and the journey of cultivating the incredible spice is a labor of love, taking over
a year to complete from pollination, to harvesting, to curing, and to export.

At Rishi, we take care to use flavor that is derived only from vanilla beans and whole vanilla pods and not a pharmaceutical distillation, so we are so grateful for our partners, the artisans in Mexico that meticulously hand craft vanilla for our captivating botanical and tea blends.

    Incredible!

    This tea exceeded my expectations and is absolutely incredible -- flavorful, sweet, juicy and warming. I love it in the evenings to help curve my sweet-tooth and is a cozy way to end the day. I can't believe how delicious it is and how much I crave it daily.
