Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp Wild Thai Black tea
- 12 oz hot water (200°F)
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz Coconut Oolong Syrup
- 0.25 oz lime juice
- Optional: 3 drops tiki bitters, lime wedge or dried pineapple
Directions
- Steep Wild Thai Black tea in hot water for 4 minutes.
- Mix tea, pineapple juice, Coconut Oolong Syrup and lime juice.
- Pour mixture over ice and then dash bitters on top.
- Garnish with lime wedge or dried pineapple.
Coconut Oolong Syrup
- Steep 1.5 tbsp Tropical Coconut Oolong tea in 8 oz 185°F water for 8 minutes.
- Strain the tea, then add 3/4 c sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Optional: Add Liquid Alchemist Coconut or Monin Coconut Syrup.
