Chamomile has been enjoyed across Europe and the Mediterranean for centuries as a soothing evening tea. We source this flowering herb exclusively from pristine, sunny meadows in Croatia, where the blossoms possess a luscious, honey-like quality. The vibrant golden flowers from this region offer a high concentration of aromatic oils and steep into a glowing infusion that’s far sweeter and purer than chamomile we’ve tasted from any other place.
