About this product
Sifting is very important when making matcha. Sifted matcha will whisk into a soft, frothy consistency, while unsifted matcha will taste grainy and thin. This is the perfect sifter to use for your daily bowl of matcha. The sifter contains just one single layer of fine stainless steel mesh, which allows you to gently and easily sift out the clumps in your matcha. We love the fact that this sifter has a handle, which allows you to place it over your matcha bowl as you scoop and measure your matcha powder.

    I love Rishi, and....

    I love Rishi, and I love their teas. I've been an avid and consistent buyer since 2019. I recommend them to everyone who asks for tea suggestions, and they've factored in to my morning routine for years. However, the prices have consistently increased. I'm a business owner as well, and so to some extent, I understand. The jump from $68 to $78 stung, but I understand the increase in Matcha demand has caused some economical challenges. However, the jump from $78 to $104.50 had me pause, check my past orders, and reconsider purchasing. I'm so disappointed. This is truly quality matcha, but this price feels unrealistic as I look at the bag I paid $78 for a few months ago sitting on my kitchen counter. I concur with Lauren's review, please find a middle ground for those of us that are typically happy and reliable buyers and are willing to pay extra for a quality product - within reasonable limits.
