The sifter contains just one single layer of fine stainless steel mesh, which allows you to gently and easily sift out the clumps in your matcha.

About this product
Sifting is very important when making matcha. Sifted matcha will whisk into a soft, frothy consistency, while unsifted matcha will taste grainy and thin. This is the perfect sifter to use for your daily bowl of matcha. The sifter contains just one single layer of fine stainless steel mesh, which allows you to gently and easily sift out the clumps in your matcha. We love the fact that this sifter has a handle, which allows you to place it over your matcha bowl as you scoop and measure your matcha powder.
