Ingredients
- 3g Rishi Barista Matcha
- 1.5 oz hot water (175°F)
- 4 oz milk, or milk alternative, steamed
- 2 tsp Jasmine Syrup
Directions
Jasmine Syrup:
- Brew Rishi Jasmine tea in a Simple Brew for 5 minutes with 8 oz hot water (180°F).
- Add the brewed tea to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Reduce heat to medium, stirring often until the liquid has thickened to desired consistency (about 10 minutes).
Latte:
- In a zig-zag motion, whisk Rishi Barista Matcha with hot water until foamy.
- Add steamed milk and Jasmine Syrup to your mug of choice, using a hand frother to combine.
- Pour prepared matcha over milk. Enjoy.
