About this tea

Bergamot Rose soothes with its intriguing, alluringly aromatic botanicals. Red rooibos, from the arid Cederberg mountain desert region of South Africa’s Western Cape, provides a bold and brilliant body to this herbal tea. The wondrous fragrance of pink rose petals from the Mediterranean, sweet lavender blossoms and the essence of bergamot citrus combine to provide a deeply relaxing aromatic tea experience. Luscious, restorative berries including schisandra, maqui and murta create a holistic sense of replenishment. Pair with palo santo incense for the ultimate botanical bliss.

The Bergamot Orange is a special variety of intensely tart, aromatic and bitter citrus that grows in Calabria, Italy. It has a one of a kind aroma and is harvested for its essential oil which is cold pressed in an ancient and natural way. The essential oils are used in confections, liquors, ice creams, medications to control cholesterol, sodas, tonic waters, perfumes and cosmetics. Most notably, Bergamot Citrus is the key ingredient of Earl Grey Tea. Rishi Earl Grey only uses the pure, cold pressed essential oil from Italian Bergamot and unlike other Earl Grey teas in the market , we never use flavors, extracts or imitations.

    My Very Favorite Tea

    While I drink a lot of Rishi Turmeric Ginger tea for my inflammation and arthritis, my treat tea is Bergamot Rose. I add a little extra Hibiscus and am transported to a peaceful place that calms and refreshes me. I have never craved tea before in my 73 years, but I find myself excitedly looking forward to my afternoon cup of pleasure. It tastes like health and happiness.

    I love the sachets, seeing the herbs inside, and appreciate the 30-count bags that reduce packaging.

    A More Conveniently Packaged Favorite

    I love this tea! It’s my evening ritual to settle down with a cup of this blend. I’ve been getting it in the loose leaf version for a long time and now I get both!

    These satchets are incredibly convenient for traveling. I packed a 2 week supply of these on my last trip in a little baggie. I loved having the ability to bring a familiar home ritual with me.

    Unexpected Enjoyment!

    I will say I was a little bit skeptical about this one upon smelling the bag -- but once I brewed and tried it i was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it! The one word I would use to describe it would be "juicy"
