About this tea

Our Jasmine Pearls are comprised of tender, hand-rolled tea buds from the spring harvest that are deeply scented with fresh jasmine blossoms. Drawing upon rich and savory Fuding tea buds and sweet and fruity Yunnan tea buds, our Jasmine Pearls have a unique, complex base that marries beautifully with the lush jasmine aroma.

Jinggu tea production in Pu'er County, Yunnan is a centuries-old tradition that has garnered worldwide recognition for authentic Pu’er tea and modern white and red teas. The fertile soil and ideal climate of the region contribute to the exceptional quality of Jingu tea. The tea farmers in this area have honed their skills for generations of more than 1000 years and the wide variety of indigenous tea tree cultivars make Jingu a very unique tea origin for Rishi Tea.

    I adore this green tea!

    I WISH I didn't love this tea so much because it is expensive AND it isn't organic. But it tastes so delicious, and I really appreciate how the beautiful pearls of tea unfurl into full leaves. This is less messy and, for some reason, makes the experience of drinking this tea that much more luxurious. Please, RISHI, offer an organic version of the Jasmine Pearls in the future so that I feel better about my love for this treat.

    The best jasmine

    In our experience, this is the best jasmine available in the USA..

    It would be nice if the jasmine flowers were organic, but evidently that still isn't possible. We live with that exposure because this tea renders the best taste.
