An energizing breakfast tea from Yunnan with hints of cacao, caramel and spice

Grown among native trees, herbs and flowers in Yunnan’s Wa Shan Ecological Tea Garden, this tippy Dianhong brings a smooth, comforting flavor to breakfast. It brews into a deep red infusion with a sweet, mellow character shaped by wild mountain terroir.

Spanning 2,470 acres at elevations of 1,600 to 1,800 meters, the Wa Shan Ecological Tea Garden is managed by members of the Wa ethnic group, who specialize in non-interventionist farming. The garden’s rich biodiversity supports soil health and natural pest resistance, allowing tea bushes to thrive without synthetic inputs.

After they are harvested, the leaves and golden buds are masterfully oxidized and matured, yielding a pure, balanced cup that shines on its own and tastes exquisite with milk and honey.

    Unique!

This is the most interesting tea! I had it for the first time in a restaurant. I had never had anything like it and asked what it was. I have been ordering a pound at a time and also giving it for gifts to my tea-loving friends. It is great!

    Top Quality

The Yunnan teas are all excellent. We have this for every day and the Golden Yunnan for social occasions. I have never been disappointed with ancient tea tee teas.

    Lovely Black Tea

Very nice rich deep tea. Can be a bit bitter for some, but it is a wonderful black tea. The shade of the tea is just beautiful and so is the aromatic. We enjoy it almost daily despite the expense, as a nice way to start the day
