San Louis Patosi
Mexico
Nestled in the plateau 415 kilometers slightly northwest from Mexico City, our vanilla farming partners in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, pollinate and harvest this most precious botanical ingredient.
The second most expensive crop to Saffron, Vanilla is majority hand-pollinated
and the journey of cultivating the incredible spice is a labor of love, taking over
a year to complete from pollination, to harvesting, to curing, and to export.
At Rishi, we take care to use flavor that is derived only from vanilla beans and whole vanilla pods and not a pharmaceutical distillation, so we are so grateful for our partners, the artisans in Mexico that meticulously hand craft vanilla for our captivating botanical and tea blends.

Cinnamon Plum is my absolute favorite, it turned my coffee loving daughter into a tea drinker.

This tea is so warm, cozy and delicious. I drink it all year long but it is particularly perfect steeped in apple cider on a cold winter night. I’ve served it that way at Christmas dinner too and it was a huge hit. Yum!
