I typically purchase matcha directly from a retailer in Japan, Sazen or similar. My recent batch from Nios Tea was very disappointing. The matcha tasted horrible and would cause a vomit reaction. Therefore, I had reservations when purchasing matcha from a new source like Rishi. However, I have tried other teas from Rishi before and I liked them. This particular matcha is very mellow and smooth. For $30 a bag. This is great value. A very delicious matcha with great price in this market.
