Ingredients
Latte
- 1.5 tsp Barista Matcha, sifted
- 2 oz hot water (160°F)
- 4 oz milk of choice
- 1 tsp raw honey
- Ice
- Sakura Cold Foam*
- Garnish: crushed sakura or strawberry powder
Sakura Cold Foam
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp sakura powder
- 1 tsp raw honey
Directions
- Whisk sifted Barista Matcha with hot water in a zig-zag motion until smooth and foamy. Stir in honey while still warm.
- Fill a glass with ice and add milk. Pour prepared matcha on top.
- Spoon or pour Sakura Cold Foam on top.
- Garnish with crushed sakura or strawberry powder.
*Sakura Cold Foam
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients with a hand frother until thick but still pourable, about 15–25 seconds.
