Ingredients

Latte

  • 1.5 tsp Barista Matcha, sifted
  • 2 oz hot water (160°F)
  • 4 oz milk of choice
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • Ice
  • Sakura Cold Foam*
  • Garnish: crushed sakura or strawberry powder

Sakura Cold Foam

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp sakura powder
  • 1 tsp raw honey

Directions

  1. Whisk sifted Barista Matcha with hot water in a zig-zag motion until smooth and foamy. Stir in honey while still warm.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and add milk. Pour prepared matcha on top.
  3. Spoon or pour Sakura Cold Foam on top.
  4. Garnish with crushed sakura or strawberry powder.

*Sakura Cold Foam

In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients with a hand frother until thick but still pourable, about 15–25 seconds.
