The plum blossom, known as the meihua in Chinese (梅花), symbolizes perseverance and resilience in the face of adversity because it blooms most vibrantly during the harsh cold months of winter. Plum trees often live for many decades, and ancient specimens can be found throughout China, Korea, and Japan, where their blossoms have long been used to make confections, liquors, and sweet, fragrant flower teas.

We developed a special Plum Blossom tea by blending fragrant plum blossoms with first-flush Yunnan Dian Hong red tea. The result is an alluring and elegant infusion that is deep, floral, and naturally sweet.
