I’m moving toward more caffeine free or lower caffeine teas and I knew right away that a peppermint tea would be delightful. Now I drink 2–3 cups a day, depending on how my day has been. When I started to drinking this at 4-6 cups of day, the digestive effects of peppermint were prominent. Just a warning about moderation there. Anyways, this is one of my favorite teas to make with some honey. Cheers!
