Huang Guan Yin (Yellow Guan Yin) is a unique cultivar of oolong tea that thrives in the Wuyi mountainous tea-producing region of Northern Fujian. Huang Guan Yin was bred using the famous Tieguanyin oolong strain as the female parent and the Huangdan oolong strain as the male parent. It was developed through single-plant natural selection using hybrid breeding techniques.
