Raise a rose-colored glass to summer. This luminous iced tea celebrates the beauty of yuzu, a prized citrus that holds a special place in the culinary traditions of Korea and Japan. Yuzu’s alluring, floral aroma relaxes the senses while citrusy ginger adds warmth and bite. Cranberry and raspberry lend color and dimension, joining with a hint of lemon to create a clean, tart, lightly sweet finish. Lively and bright, this tea pairs beautifully with spring rolls drizzled in ginger lime sauce or goat cheese crostini with cranberry compote.

Based on an 8oz cup of tea made with suggested steeping method relevant to the tea type. An average cup of coffee contains about 90 – 120 mg / 8oz cup.

Tea Preparation

1. Place 1 tea sachet in a 1-liter pitcher.

2. Add 500 mL 200°F water.

3. Steep for 5 minutes.

4. Add 500 mL cold water. Remove sachet. Pour over ice.

    Tart juice not tea?

    doesn’t taste like tea, but more like a tart juice. I would love to see Yuzu added to black tea, for example.

    More like fancy lemonade

    Only four stars because (as advertised) this is a bit more lemonade-like than tea-like. That said, it is delicious! I honestly think it would be great mixed with plain tea as I love black tea with lemon. Haven’t tried that yet but it is also delicious just as it is. Very clean, beautifully fragrant.

    Tealicious!

    The tea is almost too pretty to brew. I just shared a tea bag (so elegant "bag" seems a misnomer) with a friend. We oohed and aahed over how beautiful the tea is to look at. And I assured her it is every bit as beautiful to drink.
