A cup of resilience—rich, earthy and coffee-like—with adaptogenic mushrooms, roasted roots and hints of cacao
We source an organic variety of reishi mushroom from its herbal homeland in China, pairing it with chaga mushroom and astragalus to amplify the adaptogenic benefit of each cup. To balance out the earthiness of the medicinal mushrooms, we add cocoa nibs alongside roasted chicory and dandelion roots for a rich, satisfying bite. Finally, we layer in licorice root for natural sweetness, rounding out and energizing this powerful blend.
Drink this revitalizing tea at breakfast for a grounding start to your day—or take a shot before a meeting for a mental edge.

Love this tea. I often blend it with the Puehr tea I also enjoy from Rishi. It's a perfect low caffeine treat!
Thank you, Rishi, for making this blend. The herbs you include make it a spectacular tea.

I thought I would love this because I like mushroom coffee from other brands. This one tastes like it is loaded with artificial sweetener. I think it could be from the licorice root. I tried to give it away so it wouldn’t go to waste, but I couldn’t find anyone that likes the flavor.

- Olga K.Verified BuyerReviewingMushroom HeroI do not recommend this productRated 2 out of 5 stars1 month agoDid you change the formula?
I was excited to see mushroom hero available as s loose tea rather than packaged in bags. I am a huge fan of the mushroomy musky flavor of the original formula from a free years ago. This batch of summer 2026 lacks the mushroom smell and instead dominates in cacao/chocolate aroma. I do not desire chocolate in my mushroom tea, both for the taste and the ill health effects of oxalates, a plant defense toxin cacao is very high in. Yes, I read the ingredient list but didn’t think to check against the previous batch nor could I not having saved the packaging. I don’t understand why chocolate has to be added to everything, leave the musky, sophisticated tasting teas alone, please. There are enough tannins in the other ingredients, and oxalates, to warrant reducing the load rather than increasing it. As more people become aware of how much health damage oxalates, tannins, fluoride and multiple other plant toxins wreak, an awareness of ALL the constituents within the products you sell is best policy, demonstrating due diligence.
Thank you.

While both our previous sachet profile and current loose leaf blend include cocoa nibs to balance the roasted roots, the full ingredient list between the two profiles differ. We recognize tea is a personal experience, and will share your feedback with our Research and Development Team. Thank you for sharing tea with us.
