"This will be my go-to tea! It has a rich high-quality taste." - Tim

A full-bodied and smooth breakfast blend with hints of sweet caramel and spice

Our signature breakfast tea is a tippy Dian Hong growing between 1,600 - 1,800 meters in elevation at the densely forested Wa Shan Ecological Tea Garden in Yunnan. China Breakfast is beloved for its mellow character and hints of sweet caramel and raisin. Milder than English Breakfast, this tea presents a deep red infusion that is smooth enough to enjoy on its own or exquisite with milk and honey.

Reviews Summary
Customers say: this breakfast tea offers a smooth, rich flavor with mellow complexity and natural sweetness that doesn't require added sugar. Many appreciate its bold yet gentle character, describing it as robust without being bitter or harsh. The tea works well both hot and iced, with or without milk and sweeteners. Common feedback includes praise for its full-bodied taste and reliable brewing quality. Some note subtle caramel, smoky, or honeyed notes. A few recent reviews mention quality inconsistency with certain batches lacking body and being overly tannic. Most find it an excellent daily morning tea that provides good energy without jitters.

    Unique!

This is the most interesting tea! I had it for the first time in a restaurant. I had never had anything like it and asked what it was. I have been ordering a pound at a time and also giving it for gifts to my tea-loving friends. It is great!

    Lovely Black Tea

Very nice rich deep tea. Can be a bit bitter for some, but it is a wonderful black tea. The shade of the tea is just beautiful and so is the aromatic. We enjoy it almost daily despite the expense, as a nice way to start the day

    Mid morning

Chinese breakfast is very smooth and a bit lighter than Engish breakfast but has a more fruity finish.
