Woojun is Korea's traditional first flush green tea that is picked in early to mid-April. This year, we traveled to Jiri Mountain in Hadong to experience the heritage of Korean Woojun made from heirloom cultivars, and to study its handcrafted process alongside the Lee family. Tea master farmer and producer Mr. Lee Chang Yung and his daughter, Ms. Duk Joo Lee crafted this amazing green tea and showed us their artistry in hand firing and baking the teas they collect from their own beautiful gardens. We hope you enjoy the liveliness of the Lee family's Woojun.
