Whipped Matcha Butter

Ingredients:

1/2 lb unsalted butter, softened
2 oz milk
1 Tbsp Rishi Culinary/Everyday Matcha
3 Tbsp lemon or grapefruit zest
1.5 tsp coarse sea salt
2 Tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Whip butter and milk until light and fluffy.
  2. Sift in matcha.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and whip until fully incorporated.
  4. Adjust seasoning and sweetness to taste.
