- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbs pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Weeping Maple Recipe Directions:
Combine maple cream ingredients in a small jar (8 oz); seal tightly. Shake vigorously until mixture emulsifies and thickens slightly.
Combine all cocktail ingredients in an 8-ounce glass. Top with generous spoonful of maple cream.

Herbal tea to 400ml of middle shelf whiskey or brandy. Infuse for 2 hours and strain.
