Watermelon Hibiscus Jello


Watermelon Hibiscus Jello Recipe Directions:

Cut watermelon in half; scoop flesh from both halves and transfer to a blender. Add raspberries; blend until smooth. Strain twice to remove all dregs and seeds. Add puree and tea to medium saucepan; sprinkle in gelatin; whisk to combine. Set over medium-low heat for 3 minutes while stirring. Set hallowed rind halves in similarly sized bowls (for stability). Fill halves with mixture. Refrigerate minimum 5 hours. Slice to serve; garnish with optional 'seeds' (miniature chocolate chips)
