A Matcha Beverage from The Rishi Kitchen
- Add 8oz frozen pineapple chunks, 4oz chilled coconut water, and 4oz chilled unsweetened coconut milk to a blender; blend until smooth and frothy. Transfer mixture to a 16oz glass.
- Prepare Matcha. Sift 1 heaping teaspoon in Serving Matcha Bowl and add 2 ounces 180F water. Whisk for 15-20 seconds until frothy.
- Slowly top glass with prepared Matcha.
