Sipping Chocolate

Ingredients:

Dark Chocolate + Orange
1 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon Rishi Masala Chai Loose Leaf Tea
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
2 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
White Chocolate + Chili
1 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon Rishi Masala Chai Loose Leaf Tea
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
Dash +/- chili powder
2 ounces white chocolate, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium-low for 5 minutes; do not let milk boil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk until the chocolate has melted.
  3. Continue to heat for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Strain & discard solids.
  4. Divide into 2 cups; serve with pretzel rods & whipped cream.
