Our most popular white tea blend highlights the natural peachy character of White Peony with the essence of succulent peaches. This tea's juicy peach notes are enhanced with hints of quince and zesty tangerine. With its abundantly fruity flavor, Peach Blossom is an approachable introduction to the category of white tea, offering a sweet flavor that is welcome any time of year.

Tasting Notes: White tea infused with juicy peach, tangerine and aromatic blossoms

Ingredients: Organic white tea, organic quince, natural peach flavor, organic peaches, essential orange and tangerine oils.

Rishi Tea Blend
Water Temperature: 185°F
Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces
Steep Time: 5-6 minutes

We encourage you to experiment with the quantity of tea leaves and the length of the steep time to find your desired brew strength. Varying the water temperature isn't recommended, as water that is too hot will over-extract the bitter components of tea, while water that is too cool might not fully draw out the aromas and flavors of tea.

Seriously, Rishi peeps- quit messing with this tea! I loved it when it had some jasmine in it, back before you added quince... I still drink it, but it was AWESOME before. :o(

I looooved this tea. So light and refreshing. Only wish it was herbal (no caffeine) and cheaper. But totally worth it.

Yes, white tea is a very delicate and light tea, so if you're looking for a robust flavor then white tea in general is not for you; with that being said I really enjoyed this tea. It has a very light peach flavor without taking away from the actual white tea itself. Also, if you love plain white tea then try the White peony white tea! It's so good!

Bold peach flavor with citrus rounding out the taste. I added a bit of sugar to play on the sweetness.

I was told to cut down on caffeine for health reasons and was looking for a replacement for the Black and green tea I have been drinking for years and this white tea is wonderful! Still satisfying and full of body like a good black or green tea but with much less caffeine. What a relief! (the white peony is delicious too!)

Very lightly flavored tea that had more of a vague citrus rather than peachy taste to it.

and my last. I love Peach Iced tea and thought this would be a great one! There is a hint of peach, but the white tea is very tasteless. I would not try this again..... I LOVE Rishi teas, but now I know that I will not try any white teas!

This is my favorite white tea! I prefer flavored white tea, because plain white tea is, well, plain. Peach Blossom tea has a nice fruity flavor that lasts for at least 3 separate steepings.

I wish I had the capability of editing or adding to my previous review.
They've changed the peach white again! I bought a sample after seeing the other review. Now jasmine flowers have been added. I'm not sure if they've changed the blend otherwise but it definitely tastes better to me than the two pounds I bought last winter with the missing osmanthus flowers and flavor. It's much improved and I like it enough to buy it again.

I've never had a previous version of this tea, so I guess I had the good fortune of not having anything to compare it too. I love this stuff. It's a delicious white tea with a very subtle peach flavor; exactly what I was looking for.

I like flavored white teas. I was REALLY disappointed when honeydew melon white was discontinued. The white peach tea was my other big favorite. Now it has been reduced to a shadow of it's past glory. The osmanthus flowers are completely gone and so is the flavoring. Now it tastes like plain white tea w/ a fruity fragrance. Blah. If price was the problem I would have been willing to pay more but I won't buy a tea I no longer like. I'm truly disappointed.
I'm also now worried about the jasmine teas, my other big favorite. I'm afraid they've been gutted as well (fewer jasmine flowers in the new photos) but I have yet to find out.
