Himalayan Bouquet is a black¬¬ tea, crafted by first hand-plucking a combination of cultivars, skillful withering, bruising, baking, rolling, and drying. This tea is categorized as a black tea but was processed with oolong technique, lending characteristics of both types of tea. The artisans at the Jun Chiyabari tea garden are exceptional at capturing the freshness of spring, maximizing its fresh flowery character. Lot J44 has a bouquet of sweet aromas and flavors reminiscent of fruits and flowers. Organic black tea
Add 5-8g tea per 350-400ml (11-12oz) to a glass teapot, like our Ming Cha Teapot or Simple Brew.
Use water cooled to 200°F
Add water and infuse for 3 minutes.
Repeat for another 2+ infusions. Increase the steeping time by 30 seconds with each additional infusion.
