Ingredients:

for the Rishi Omija Berry Blush simple syrup
12 grams Rishi Omija Berry Blush herbal tea
9 ounces filter water at 200°F
8 ounces sugar
for the Rishi Omija Berry Blush infused vodka
12 grams Rishi Omija Berry Blush herbal tea
10 ounces vodka
for the cocktail
1/2 ounce Rishi Omija Berry Blush simple syrup
2 basil leaves, torn small
1 ounce Rishi Omija Berry Blush infused vodka
2 ounces cold pressed watermelon juice
3 ounces Rishi Omija Sparkling Tea & Botanicals

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Omija Berry Blush Simple Syrup: Infuse herbal tea in water for 7 minutes; strain/decant fully. Add sugar and 8 ounces of warm, prepared tea to a blender; blend on low until sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Prepare the Omija Berry Blush Infused Vodka: Infuse herbal tea in vodka for 2 hours; strain/decant fully.
  3. Prepare the cocktail: Muddle first 3 ingredients in a small cocktail shaker; add ice & shake. Strain into a 10-ounce serving glass 2/3-filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling tea; garnish with small basil leaves.
