1 pound uncured thick-cut bacon
12 ounces Rishi Masala Chai Concentrate


  1. Separate bacon strips into a zip-top bag. Pour Masala Chai Concentrate over the bacon. Squeeze out air from bag while sealing securely. Massage bag to ensure bacon is thoroughly coated then refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350℉. Drain off liquid in preparation for baking.* Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange marinated bacon strips on the parchment close together (but not overlapping) and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, until crisp and caramelized.
  3. *optional step: reserve drained liquid to 'mop' over bacon 1 to 2 times during the last 10 minutes of baking for added chai flavor.
