This unique Japanese green tea was grown in Shizuoka, the largest tea growing prefecture in Japan. Once dried, the leaves are aged in Japanese Whiskey barrels allowing the delicate green tea to readily absorb the essence of Japanese whiskey.

Preparation

6 grams | 1 tbsp
Water Amount
8 ounces
Water Temperature
160°F
Steep Time
90 seconds

Traditional Preparation

Add 1 tbsp (6g) tea to a small (150ml/5oz) Kyusu teapot.
Use water cooled to 160°F.
Infuse for 90 seconds and decant.
Repeat for another 2+ infusions
