Rishi Test Kitchen Recipe
- 5 ounces Turmeric Ginger Chai Concentrate, chilled
- 4 ounces mango sorbet
- 1 750ml bottle Prosecco or sparkling water, chilled
Turmeric Rishini Recipe Directions:Combine 2 parts Turmeric Ginger Chai Concentrate to 1 part Mango Sorbet; stir or blend until smooth.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of sorbet mixture in bottom of a Champagne flute.
Fill glass 1/3 full with Prosecco; stir gently to combine. Top with more Prosecco; garnish with small seedless grapes (Champagne or Cotton Candy variety).
Makes 5 cocktails.
