Long Jing (Dragon Well) is the most famous Chinese green tea. Our Dragon Well Qingming is a special Long Jing harvested in the very early days of spring, resulting in a more complex, fresh flavor profile. The short time allowed for harvesting and the meticulous care needed to produce it allows us to create only small batches.
