West Lake Miejiawu Long Jing Qingming (2009)
Long Jing (Dragon Well) is the most famous Chinese green tea. Our Dragon Well Qingming is a special Long Jing harvested in the very early days of spring, resulting in a more complex, fresh flavor profile. The short time allowed for harvesting and the meticulous care needed to produce it allows us to create only small batches. Please check back during next year’s early spring harvest for availability of this tea.
Water: 175°F / Leaves: 1 tablespoon (4 gram) per 5–6 ounces / Infusion Time: 3 minutes / Ingredients: Green tea. / Origin: Zhejiang, China.
