Many of the foods and drinks from the Caribbean, Southeast Asia and other parts of the world incorporate lemongrass. This lemon-scented tall grass grows abundantly in many tropical regions of the world. Its fragrant and semi-spicy leaves make a wonderful drink when boiled, steeped like a tea and/or infused in alcohol.
