A shade grown green tea with aspects of both Gyokuro and light steamed Sencha. Kabuse Cha is shaded for a shorter period of time than our Gyokuro, harvested from a different type of tea bush and is also not cured before release to the market. Its unique cultivation and processing yield a flavor that is mildly sweet and savory with low bitterness, fresh green character and aromatic of toasted chestnut.
