Darjeeling 1st Flush, Organic Fair Trade Black Tea
Darjeeling is one of the most famous tea growing regions in the world. Located in the foothills of the Himalayas in Northeastern India, Darjeeling produces exquisite teas unlike any other region. Use 185-190°F water, and 2 teaspoons for every 8 ounces of water. Steep for 5 minutes. This tea is good for two infusions. Use more tea and less infusion time if you intend to infuse the same serving of tealeaves more than twice.
