Saiqing, or sun-dried green tea, made from the Yunnan Da Yeh broad leaf tea tree varietals, is the base tea for all pu-erh. Our blend combines multiple vintages of aged and fresh teas to yield a strong, brisk, slightyly sweet and smoky tea with a sturdy orange infusion that highlights notes of apricot and wild herbs.
