This distinctive, gourmet blend honors the cultural parallels between Pu-erh tea and Bordeaux wine–a pair of ancient beverages richly steeped in tradition and history. Their very names derive from their geographic place of origin. Connoisseurs seek those that best express their terroir. Both of these treasured libations benefit from the richening effect of aging, ripening to develop a complex, nuanced character. Together, Pu-erh tea and red wine grape skins of various Bordeaux varietals like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc create a smooth, supple sip with a refined structure and notes of dark fruits, cocoa nibs and a hint of fig.
Tasting Notes: Notes of blackberry and fig distinguish this singular blend of Pu-erh tea and red wine varietal grape skins

Rishi Tea Blend
Standard Brewing Guidelines:
Water Temperature: 195°F
Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces
Steep Times: 5 minutes (1st infusion), 6 minutes (2nd infusion)
We encourage you to experiment with the quantity of tea leaves and the length of the steep time
to find your desired brew strength. Varying the water temperature isn't recommended, as water that
is too hot will over-extract the bitter components of tea, while water that is too cool might not
fully draw out the aromas and flavors of tea.
