This whimsical blend is the inspiration of our tea buyer who, while traveling in Yunnan, mixed a strong pu-erh with the rind of pomelo and a dash of fresh-pressed hibiscus juice.
Tasting Notes: The smooth, rich and nuanced flavor of shu pu-erh is balanced with fruity and tart hibiscus, sweet orange peel, and a refreshing array of citrus to produce a unique and refreshing pu-erh tea.

Rishi Tea Blend
Water Temperature: 212°F (boiling)
Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces
Steep Time: 5-6 minutes
We encourage you to experiment with the quantity of tea leaves and the length of the steep time to find your desired brew strength. Varying the water temperature isn't recommended, as water that is too hot will over-extract the bitter components of tea, while water that is too cool might not fully draw out the aromas and flavors of tea.
