Harvest Season: April-May 2014
We selected this micro-lot of Himalayan Spring from our cuppings of over 30 first flush teas from the Jun Chiyabari Tea Garden this spring. We were totally captured by this tea's delicate first flush character, balancing fresh lemony herbaceous notes with a refined apricot sweetness. This tea is only made during the springtime when the weather conditions are just right.
Your purchase of this tea provides micro-finance for impoverished women to launch small businesses in Nepal. Learn more about Rishi's Project Nepal.
