A rare single cultivar micro-lot black tea from the Jun Chiyabari tea garden in Nepal. With its well-integrated tannin structure and refined depth we recommend enjoying this tea prepared in a porcelain guywan, allowing you to savor the aromatic depth and persistence of the tea over the course of many infusions.
Tasting Notes: A soft, juicy and sweet pit fruit flavor with a subtle sandalwood aroma accented by notes of rose and chrysanthemum.

Guywan Brewing Guidelines:
Water Temperature: 200°F
Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon (5grams) per 8 ounces or Fill 25% of a porcelain guywan with tea
Steep Times: 2-3 minutes (1st infusion), 4 minutes (2nd infusion), 5 minutes (3rd infusion)
