This serving set was specially made for gyokuro style teas and was made according to our founder Joshua's specific parameters. This set is the perfect compliment for any specialty gyokuro tea. The teapot holds 2oz of water which is the amount of water needed to steep 3 grams of tea leaves. The best method for brewing gyokuro style teas is to use 3 grams of dry leaf and 2oz of 170°F-175°F water. The first steeping should last for 1.5 minutes and the second for 45 seconds.
