Influenced by the worlds of boutique wine, gourmet chocolate, and potency herbs this seasonal tea embodies the concept of an herbal tea driven by a subtle Cabernet wine taste profile: robust body, with deep notes of cacao, dark fruits, and just a hint of spice. The harmony of red wine grape skins, South American super-berries, rich roasted cocoa nibs and accents of black pepper provides a cup that delights the taste buds while fortifying the body.

Tasting Notes: This indulgent seasonal blend melds rich cocoa nibs and Cabernet varietal red wine grape skins with dark fruit accents from Bolivian acai berries and Chilean maqui berries.

Ingredients: Organic red wine grape skins, organic roasted cocoa nibs, organic maqui berries, organic cinnamon, organic açaí powder, organic vanilla bean, organic black pepper.

It's a very unique, strong blend. The only thing I could relate it to would be mulled grape juice-- all those spices with that heavy grape flavor. Overall, very good! I don't drink it frequently because it's a bit strong for me, but it is a fine blend.

Despite not being into botanicals or bags, this looked intriguing so I picked up a box. Very nice with a lingering cinnamon aftertaste. I'd like it even more if I tasted more of the cacao and a bit less of the fruit but it's very good regardless. Don't be afraid to let it steep a long time!

This has a lovely fragrance and a full, blooming taste. It is not overwhelming, spicy, or intense. I enjoy it without sweetener or milk but either would be tasty in the tea. My one complaint is the price and the bag. I cannot figure out if it is compostable, though I know it's made of novel materials.
